Two right backs on either side of the Manchester divide, Aaron Wan-Bissaka (£5.5m) and Kyle Walker (£6.0m) are separated by just £0.5m for the 2019-20 season. Unsurprisingly, it is Walker who kept the most clean sheets, with Wan-Bissaka plying his trade at Crystal Palace, but the former Eagle showed his value going forward as he collected more attacking returns and bonus points than Walker. For Walker, it was a surprisingly lean season at the sharp end of the pitch. Just one goal and one assist in 2018-19 represents his lowest attacking return totals since 2014-15. If there is any sort of regression back towards his normal levels then the Man City right-back is not just the value choice here, but arguably the best value Man City defender.
Verdict: Kyle Walker
