Saturday sees the ladies singles final at the US Open between Madison Keys and Sloane Stephens, with both players competing in the first Grand Slam final of their careers.
Stephens has now won all eight final sets since
she returned to tour, again doing so against Venus Williams in the semi-final,
but statistically, Keys is the more impressive, winning a very strong 64% of
service points compared to 60%, although both are considerably better than the
Keys is extremely solid as a front-runner, losing just 33% of break leads, and looks to have a slight edge going into what is a career-defining match for both players on Saturday night.
