The Stats Zone to play key role at the new Curling World Cup

TSZ are delighted to have been announced as media partners for the Curling World Cup, a brand new series taking place across three continents in 2018 and 2019.

In partnership with Sport Acuity, we will provide statistics, rankings, audio-visual content and editorial services for the duration of the inaugural tournament. We will also be reporting live from each of the four events and producing some exciting new content for the Curling World Cup’s social media feeds.

Managing Director of The Stats Zone, Rob Esteva, said “We’re delighted to be working with another major international sporting organisation. We look forward to providing unparalleled coverage of the World Cup by producing innovative and engaging content for curling fans around the world.”

The Curling World Cup kicks off in September and will run over four events:

First Leg – Suzhou, China (12 – 16 September 2018)

Second Leg – Omaha, USA (5 – 9 December 2018)

Third Leg – Jonkoping, Sweden (30 January – 3 February 2019)

Grand Final – Beijing, China (8 – 12 May 2019)

This exciting partnership is perfectly in-line with TSZ’s pledge to provide cutting edge data and content services to associations and federations in sport.
