Chelsea had momentarily split the Manchester duopoly in the Premier League at the tail end of 2017 and they will once again look to become the best of the rest. This weekend they play host to a Leicester side who are comfortably in the top half of the table after a slow start to the season. It was the odd goal that won it for Chelsea when the two teams met back in September and it could well be the same outcome at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

October 2007 saw the two teams paired together in the fourth of the League Cup with Stamford Bridge being the setting. Leicester were minutes away from a huge cup upset as they were 3-2 up with the clock ticking, but goals from Andriy Shevchenko and Frank Lampard in the final three minutes of the game meant that there was to be no shock in West London that evening.
