Head Coach: Adrian Lam

Squad: Bullock, Clubb, Escaré, Flower, Gildart, Hamlin, Hankinson, Hardaker, Isa, Leuluai, Manfredi, Marshall, Navarrete, O’Loughlin, Paisley, Powell, Sarginson, Tautai, Williams

Unavailable: Joe Burgess, Liam Farrell, Joe Greenwood

  • Wigan's poor start to the season hit a new low as they were humbled away at newly-promoted London Broncos by 18 points to 16 with the Warriors winning just one of their four matches so far this season.

  • The Cherry and Whites are able to welcome back a clutch of first team players including Dom Manfredi, Gabe Hamlin and Ben Flower but Joe Greenwood is still out with a head knock.

  • The Warriors received some good news in the build-up to the game after their appeal against the two-point deduction they were hit with before the season started for historic salary cap infringements was upheld.

Head Coach: Simon Woolford

Squad: Frawley, Gaskell, Hewitt, Ikahihifo, Lawrence, Leeming, Matagi, McGillvary, McIntosh, Mellor, Murphy, O’Brien, Roberts, I. Senior, Ta’ai, Turner, Uate, Ja. Wardle, Jo. Wardle

Unavailable: Leroy Cudjoe, Dale Ferguson, Paul Clough, Adam Walne, Colton Roche, Matty English, Scott Grix

  • Huddersfield suffered yet another defeat as they lost their fourth game to begin the season with the Giants rooted to the foot of the table with them showing little sign of improving in the defeat against Hull FC.

  • Simon Woolford has questioned his Huddersfield side's commitment in the early stages of the season and has made wholesale changes to his squad with the Giants head coach desperate to see his side get off the mark.

  • Akuila Uate, Oliver Roberts and Joe Wardle all return having missed out last week whilst youngsters Sam Hewitt and Innes Senior are also called up into the 19-man squad with Scott Grix, Oliver Russell, Colton Roche, Matty English and Adam Walne all dropping out.

Wigan's season has yet to get going and a loss to London last week has set alarm bells ringing for the Warriors. They now host Huddersfield who are without a win all season and have had their head coach Simon Woolford questioning their resilience this week. That might force a reaction out of his side but could also go the other way with Wigan able to capitalise if they put in another poor performance which would keep the Giants winless.
