Spencer “Gorilla” Ealing is the reigning and defending FIFA eWorld Cup champion (formerly known as FIWC) and arrives in London with the intention of defending his crown on home soil. “Gorilla” competes on the Xbox One and represents FaZe Clan, one of the most recognisable and prestigious organisations in the world of eSports.

“Gorilla” is a six-time Gfinity champion and the UK eSports Player of the year. After qualifying for the Global Series Playoffs early on in the year through the first FUT Champions Cup in Barcelona, Ealing suffered a drop in form after disappointing showings at the second FUT Champions Cup in Manchester and the FIFA eClub World Cup.

However, the move from his previous organisation UNILAD eSports to FaZe Clan just days before the Global Series Playoffs gave “Gorilla” all the motivation he needed to find his form again. He swept through the Swiss-style group stages – winning his first five games in the process – before beating Colombian player Javier Munoz in the knockout stages to qualify for the 2018 FIFA eWorld Cup Grand Final. After reaching the semi-finals of the event, he will be seeded third on the Xbox One.
