  • Jacksonville picked up their first win of the season as rookie QB Gardner Minshew led his side to victory over Tennessee with a solid display and all eyes will be on him again as the Jaguars head to Denver.
  • The saga with CB Jalen Ramsey looks set to rumble on after he failed to report to practice at the start of the week citing sickness and then he complained of a back injury when he reported on Wednesday.
  • LB Myles Jack suffered a concussion in last week’s game against the Titans but he was a full participant in Wednesday’s practice which bodes well for his availability for Sunday’s contest.

  • Denver slipped to 0-3 as their offense fell short of what was required to overcome Green Bay at Lambeau Field last week and their hopes of picking up their first win of the season are likely to be affected by injuries.
  • Broncos DE Derek Wolfe was carted off the field during last week's loss and he could miss some game time with an ankle injury as the Denver injury list continues to mount and they could be extremely shorthanded this week.
  • CB Bryce Callahan and RT Ja’Wuan James have already been ruled out whilst DB Kareem Jackson is also questionable with a hamstring injury and if he does miss out it would mean that Denver’s top-three free agent acquisitions would be absent.

Denver need to end their losing run soon or face an uphill task to make the post-season. They host Jacksonville in an important game but the Jaguars enter this one on the back of a confidence-boosting win over Tennessee and they can back it up with another victory here. To make matters worse for the Broncos, they are struggling with injuries to key men and the Jaguars may be able to take advantage.
