  • Cleveland faced a tough task against New England but did not help themselves with turnovers as they lost a third game in a row and, now standing at 2-5, they must start putting a winning streak together sooner rather than later.
  • S Damarious Randall was the only Browns player to miss out with a hamstring injury last week as Cleveland finally look like getting their roster healthy after an injury-hit start to the season.
  • Randall is expected to return for this game but he was unable to practice in the early part of the week and could remain under a cloud until kick-off whilst DT Daniel Ekuale had to sit out on Thursday after his calf injury flared up following a limited practice on Wednesday.

  • Denver almost pulled off an impressive win over Indianapolis but an extremely late FG for the Colts edged the game for them.
  • The Broncos will have a new man under center after QB Joe Flacco suffered a neck injury that could end his season in last week's loss but Denver are yet to decide whether to send him to injured reserve.
  • Brandon Allen will take his first snap in the NFL in this game and he will look to earn the spot moving forward with Drew Lock still unavailable but the Broncos could be without numerous players to injury this week including RT Ja’Wuan James and TE Jeff Heuerman.

Denver showed some good signs against Indianapolis last week but they were left empty-handed thanks to the Colts slotting a late FG and will now have to start a new QB. Joe Flacco suffered an injury that could rule him out for the year and with Drew Lock unable to play until Week 11, the responsibility under center will fall on Brandon Allen in what will be his NFL debut. This is likely to be a defense-oriented game but the Browns can come out on top against the injury-hit Broncos.
