Manchester City (Premier League) are the most prolific team, averaging 2.93 goals per game – 79 goals in 27 matches. They have been particularly prolific in front of their own fans where they have scored 50 goals in 14 matches – 3.57 per game.

Banbury United (Southern Premier League) and Frome Town (Southern Premier League) are the top scorers away from home this season, having found the net 39 times. 

Gosport Borough (Southern Premier League) have the worst defence, shipping on average 3.32 goals per game – 103 goals in 31 matches. It is at home where they have had particular trouble, conceding an average of 3.63 goals per game (58 in 16 matches). 

You are most likely to see a defensive shutout at Wigan Athletic (League One), who have kept 18 clean sheets in 30 matches – 60.0% of the time. 

Manchester United (Premier League) have the best clean sheet percentage when playing at home, keeping a clean sheet 76.9% of the time. 

Wolverhampton Wanderers (Championship) and Altrincham (Northern Premier League) have the best clean sheet percentage when playing away from home, keeping a clean sheet 60.0% of the time. 

Only one side are yet to keep a clean sheet at home this season – Whitehawk (National League South).
